Construction methods

The most rigorous criteria will be applied in the unique Cabonuba housing development, employing the highest quality structural system.

Cement work - Reinforced concrete in bearing blocks and brace beams.

Structure - Framework of concrete beams and arches, with reinforced concrete structural topping.

Roof - Sloping roof on a horizontal frame, with gradients formed from partition wall supports and sloping panels of tongued and grooved thin ceramic 'rasillion' bricks with cement and sand mortar structural topping, covered in curved tiles.

All this construction is carried out in line with the Spanish EHE reinforced concrete and EFHE building frame regulations, guaranteeing the highest levels of strength and durability.

Sanitary Installations

PVC tubing with bell socket and pre-fabricated concrete access chambers. The sanitary network inside the property will also be completed with PVC tubing.

Brickwork

Enclosing walls - Will be built using concrete blocks set in cement and sand mortar, cemented on both sides.

Partitions - For optimum heat and sound insulation, all the partitions will be of 9cm concrete blocks set in 1:6 cement and sand mortar.

Interior Carpentry

The very highest quality carpentry will be installed throughout your home, with interior doors and wardrobe fronts made from solid lacquered MDF panels.

Hot and cold water is supplied through polyethylene (PE) and reticulated polyethylene (PEX) piping to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. Hot water is heated by electric thermo accumulators.

Drainage system - All in PVC tubing, including downpipes, syphon traps and syphons and connection to the general sanitation network.

Bathroom fittings - Top quality assured in bathrooms, with all fittings from the Roca Dama series or similar and signle handle Grohe taps or similar.

Electricity and lighting

Low tension electricity supply with an electric circuit system stemming from the supply point in the relevant box alongside the public road to the principal mains in the property and secondary mains, with protection systems and earth network according to the R.E.B.T (Low Tension Electricity Regulations) all in copper wire, in line with single wire diagrams etc.

Electric distribution system within plastic tubing and connection boxes for lighting and electrical force with switches, telephone points, TV/FM connection points and BJC Ibiza series or similar plugs.
